I was looking for a more interactive software so people in the field could enter their activities directly into the system instead of sending emails to the admin.If this was available in the web help desk software and I missed it, please let me know.I also could not see or enter info into the response area after the ticket had been created.

WebHosting I want to be able to install this software as a web service with a web hosting company. Is it possible? We are a small company and to host this software with our website.Can anyone help?
Good but Request ID issue. I think the product is good and provides a very communicative system between a client and support desk. I have a few issues with the Request ID (I want to start it from a higher number to follow the existing request ID system we currently have).
Other than that, so far it seems ok.
Manageservice engine plus Is good to trial and helpful for me that working as purchasing so I am more consistent with my work
